how i got my first paying customers on LinkedIn - without writing a single DM myself.

quick story on why i made this 👇

spent months shipping Produktstudio.ai (all-in-one marketing tool for ecom store owners). got stuck under 10 paying users. tried every outreach tool - expandi, heyreach, lemlist. they all do the same generic "hey {first_name}, loved your post about {topic}" thing that everyone deletes on sight.

then i tried writing every DM by hand. 3 hours a day. got customers. but also stopped shipping.

so i taught Claude to do it like i would. turns out Claude is a way better SDR than any tool - if you give it the right system prompt. now at 51 paying subs and $2,752 MRR.

the part everyone gets wrong: it's not about the tool, it's about knowing exactly who you're writing to.

i spent two weeks defining one person before writing a single prompt. their job title. what just changed in their world. what they actually complain about out loud. what they'd roll their eyes at. where they read between meetings.

the one person you're writing to

who: VP Sales, Series B SaaS
what just changed: company just raised a round
what they complain about: new reps take 6 months to ramp
what they'll say no to: "sounds great, but i'm slammed"
where they actually read: LinkedIn, between meetings

once that's on paper, writing the message is the easy part - Claude just sounds like a human who did their homework. the SKILL.md bakes your persona in, and Claude confirms the details on first run.
